Machine application:

The Automatic Linear Measuring Cup Placement / Cap Pressing Machine Model No. NCP – 150. Machine is suitable for Round or other shape of Glass, Plastic, PET, LDPE and HDPE Bottles with maximum speed of 120 Bottles per minute depending on Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Shape and Measuring Cup / Cap Size.

Machine is suitable for application in Pharmaceutical and other industries requiring higher production speed on automatic online operation.

Machine working:

By pushing the start button on Operator panel, conveyour and machine will start.

Plastic bottle will be received from upstream machine & they will come on in feed conveyor of Cup Placement machine & bottles are being separated as per exact required pitch through specially designed Rubber Roller where worm wheel is not required.

After that individual bottle will come in to the bottle gripping device and comes in front cap feeding Shute mouth.

Meanwhile cap / cup will be received through vibratory bowl or mechanical orientation unit (After the receipt of cap we will decide to put whether vibratory bowl or Mechanical orientation unit means whichever the best) and then perfect cup will be applied to the bottles.

Finally through the out feed conveyor bottle will be conveyed to the down stream machine.
