Salient Features :

• The filled bottles moving on conveyer belt are picked up by star wheel one by one.

• The star wheel brings the bottle below the Cap delivery the subsequent indexing port.

• In the mean time the bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit.

• The synchronized sealing head comes down on the temporarily stationary bottle where tightening operations performed.

• Simultaneously, afterwards the sealing head moves upward and the sealed bottle is indexed out conveyer belt.

• The sealed bottle is now ready for further operations.
